Where does AirPQ toilet paper come from, and how does it work?
Our toilet paper is made in Germany from recycled fibers and without any bleaching agents. It is transported by truck and then stored in Vernier (GE) in a shared warehouse.
Once your order is finalized, Chris prepares your box, adding a friendly note before sending it by mail.
At the same time, we let our partner organization Ishpingo know that a tree can be planted in the customer’s name, and we fund the corresponding plantings. Once the tree has been planted, the corresponding planting certificate is sent to you.
It is not about offsetting the paper’s carbon impact, but about reconnecting the economy with nature. Choosing AirPQ means actively helping preserve primary forests and biodiversity by making it possible to plant timber trees, fruit trees, medicinal plants, cocoa, or coffee in Ecuador.

The association Ishpingo is our partner association. For every AirPQ parcel shipped, we financially contribute to the planting ofat least one new tree in Ecuador. Our contribution takes into account nursery growing, planting, training of the key people involved, namely local communities, and post-planting monitoring for 3 years, after which the tree will survive without assistance
The toilet paper is made in a country bordering Switzerland (Italy or Germany) from recycled fibers and with no bleaching agents whatsoever. As a result, no trees were cut down to produce the paper and no chemicals were used to bleach it.
We chose a high-quality toilet paper with good tear resistance and a soft feel. Made from recycled fibers, the paper is slightly darker than a toilet paper made from virgin pulp, but much more environmentally friendly. The 45 rolls come in a box, also made from recycled fibers. We do not use plastic. The box can then be taken to a recycling center to be recycled again.
Yes, because deliveries are made by Swiss Post with the pro-clima label.
Deliveries are made by Swiss Post and we have opted for carbon offsetting. You can give the post office your delivery preferences (such as leaving the parcel with a neighbor if you're not home) on their customer portal
After your first order, we ship the parcel within 2 days and the post office delivers it within 2 business days. In total, an order therefore takes between 3 and 4 business days to arrive at your home. After that, you'll be delivered to regularly, based on your subscription frequency. Of course, you can speed up or slow down the frequency as you wish. To do this, you need to log in to your customer area.
Yes, we do not have a minimum commitment period.
Yes, payments are handled by Stripe through their secure platform. Your payment information is stored by Stripe in encrypted form to enable recurring subscription payments
