Where does AirPQ toilet paper come from and how does it work?
Our toilet paper is made in Germany from recycled fibers and contains no bleaching agents. It is transported by truck and then stored in Vernier (GE) in a shared warehouse.
Once your order is complete, Chris prepares your box and adds a friendly note before sending it by post.
At the same time, we notify our partner association Ishpingo that a tree can be planted in the customer’s name and we finance the corresponding plantings. Once the tree is planted, the planting certificate is sent to you.
This is not about offsetting the paper’s carbon impact, but about reconnecting the economy with nature. Choosing AirPQ means actively helping to preserve primary forests and biodiversity by enabling the planting of timber, fruit trees, medicinal plants, cacao, or coffee in Ecuador.

For each AirPQ package sent, we contribute financially to the planting ofat least one new tree in EcuadorOur contribution covers nursery cultivation, planting, training of the main stakeholders—the local communities—and post-planting monitoring for 3 years, after which the tree will survive without assistance
The toilet paper is manufactured in a country bordering Switzerland (Italy or Germany) from recycled fibers and without any bleaching agents. Consequently, no tree was cut down to produce the paper and no chemicals were used to bleach it.
We chose a quality toilet paper with good tear resistance and a soft feel. Made from recycled fibers, the paper is slightly darker compared to wood-pulp toilet paper, but much more eco-friendly. The 45 rolls come in a cardboard box, itself made from recycled fiber. We do not use plastics. The cardboard can then be taken to the recycling center to be recycled again.
Yes, because deliveries are carried out by Swiss Post, which is pro-clima certified.
Deliveries are made by Swiss Post and we have opted for carbon offsetting. You can communicate your delivery preferences (such as leaving the parcel if you are absent) to Swiss Post via their customer portal
After your first order, we ship the package within 2 days and the post delivers in 2 working days. In total, an order therefore takes between 3 and 4 working days to arrive at your home. Afterwards, you will be delivered regularly based on your subscription frequency. You can of course speed up or slow down the frequency as you wish. To do so, you must log in to your customer area.
