Where does AirPQ toilet paper come from and how does it work?
Our toilet paper is made in Germany from recycled fibers and with no bleaching agents at all. It is transported by truck and then stored in Vernier (GE) in a shared warehouse.
Once your order is finalized, Chris prepares your box and adds a friendly note before mailing it to you.
At the same time, we notify our partner association Ishpingo that a tree can be planted in the customer's name and we fund the corresponding plantings. Once the tree is planted, the corresponding planting certificate is sent to you.
This is not about offsetting the paper's carbon impact, but about reconnecting the economy with nature. Choosing AirPQ means actively helping preserve primary forests and biodiversity by enabling the planting of timber trees, fruit trees, medicinal plants, cocoa, or coffee in Ecuador.

The association Ishpingo is our partner association. For every AirPQ parcel shipped, we financially contribute to the planting ofat least one new tree in Ecuador. Our contribution takes into account nursery cultivation, planting, training of the main stakeholders, namely local communities, and post-planting monitoring for 3 years, after which the tree will survive without assistance
The toilet paper is manufactured in a country bordering Switzerland (Italy or Germany) from recycled fibers and without any bleaching agents. As a result, no trees were cut down to produce the paper, and no chemicals were used to bleach it.
We chose a high-quality toilet paper with good tear resistance and a soft feel. Made from recycled fibers, the paper is slightly darker than a toilet paper made from cellulose wadding, but much more eco-friendly. The 45 rolls come in a box, which is also made from recycled fibers. We do not use any plastic. The box can then be taken to the recycling center to be recycled again.
Yes, because deliveries are handled by Swiss Post with the pro-clima label.
Deliveries are handled by Swiss Post, and we have chosen carbon offsetting. You can communicate your delivery preferences to the post office (such as leaving the parcel with a neighbor if you are absent) on their customer portal
After your first order, we ship the parcel within 2 days and the post office delivers within 2 working days. In total, it therefore takes between 3 and 4 working days for an order to reach you. After that, you will be delivered to regularly, based on the frequency of your subscription. Of course, you can speed up or slow down the frequency as you wish. To do this, you need to log in to your customer account.
Yes, we do not have a minimum commitment period.
