Customer portal: Bubble

AirPQ's customer portal is hosted on Bubble, a web application development platform headquartered at 22 W 21st St, New York, NY 10010, United States. The customer portal allows subscribers to manage their subscription, personal information and delivery preferences. Collected data include account information, order history and user preferences.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest is providing a functional and secure customer portal.

Internal CRM

AirPQ uses a customer relationship management (CRM) system hosted on its own WordPress servers to manage customer data, communications, and subscription tracking. Storage of planting certification data: Google Drive

Data related to tree planting certifications, including certain customer data and order information necessary for issuing certificates, are stored on Google Drive, a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This data is used exclusively for AirPQ’s tree planting program.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request information at any time about the data we have recorded about you. To do so, please send an information request by email to team@airpq.ch. The request must be accompanied by proof of identity sent to the same address.

You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the use or processing of personal data for the future at any time.

Recorded data will be deleted by us when it is no longer necessary for the stated purpose. With regard to data deletion, please note that we are subject to certain legal obligations that require some data to be retained.
