The AirPQ customer portal is hosted on Bubble, a web app development platform headquartered at 22 W 21st St, New York, NY 10010, United States. The customer portal allows subscribers to manage their subscription, personal information, and delivery preferences. The data collected includes account information, order history, and user preferences.

AirPQ uses a customer relationship management (CRM) system hosted on its own WordPress servers to manage customer data, communications, and subscription tracking. Storage of planting certification data: Google Drive

This data is used exclusively within the scope of AirPQ's tree-planting program.

YOUR RIGHTS
You may at any time request information about the data we have stored about you. To do so, please send an information request by email to team@airpq.ch. The request must be accompanied by proof of identity sent to the same address.

Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer required for the stated purpose. Regarding deletion of data, please note that we are subject to certain legal obligations that stipulate that some data must be retained.
