INTRODUCTION

The company Lyte Solutions SàRL, registered under number CHE-315-951-213 (VAT ID), operates the AirPQ brand. These General Terms govern the relationship between you as a customer and Lyte Solutions SàRL, the exclusive operator of the AirPQ brand in Switzerland. Our registered office is located at 22c chemin du Vieux-Vésenaz in Vésenaz (Geneva).

These General Terms apply to the use of the services provided by AirPQ, including its website (together with all information, tools and services available there), its products and its communications. Your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out here is required to use our services.

By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We recommend that you read these General Terms carefully before using our website or subscribing. By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these General Terms. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please leave our site, do not use our services and/or cancel any active subscription.

All new features and tools added later to www.airpq.ch will also be subject to these General Terms. We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these General Terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom of the page.

Your use of our services also implies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use for Our Website

1.1 Copyright and Intellectual Property

The trademarks "AirPQ" and "airpq.ch" are reserved. Any use of these trademarks and/or the logo is subject to the prior written consent of the owner, Lyte Solutions SàRL.

The use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. Lyte Solutions SàRL authorizes users to view the airpq.ch website only for strictly private purposes. Reproduction, presentation or distribution of the content of this site for commercial purposes is prohibited. This site and its content are protected and any unauthorized use is illegal, requiring the immediate destruction of all copies, reproductions, downloads or prints.

1.2 Limitation of Liability

The airpq.ch site is normally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, Lyte Solutions SàRL cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to the site and associated services. By using this site, you acknowledge that its content may contain errors and may not always be up to date. The airpq.ch site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty.

Lyte Solutions SàRL reserves the right to suspend its activities, to close the site or access to certain services temporarily or permanently, without notice or compensation. Under no circumstances shall Lyte Solutions SàRL be liable for disruptions or the inability to use the site, nor for cybersecurity breaches that may cause damage to users and their data.

Products and Services

2.1 The AirPQ Delivery Service

AirPQ is a home delivery service for toilet paper and other hygiene products in Switzerland, offered via subscriptions. By subscribing to an AirPQ subscription, you receive the following products and services:

  • Home delivery of the chosen product at the frequency selected by the customer
  • Personalized follow-up provided by our customer service via email
  • Planting a tree in the customer's name through our partner NGO, in accordance with the information provided on www.airpq.ch, and issuing a planting certificate
  • Sharing tips and various advice on request for subscribers (newsletter sign-up)

AirPQ offers subscriptions that automatically renew according to the frequency chosen by the customer. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your customer area on www.airpq.ch or by contacting our customer service.

The subscription frequency can be modified at any time by accessing your customer area on www.airpq.ch or by contacting our customer service.

As a customer, you can contact our AirPQ customer service by email at team@airpq.ch.

2.2 Registration and Account Management

To subscribe to a subscription on airpq.ch, you must follow the registration procedure indicated. Registering on airpq.ch allows you to create a customer account using your email address. Access to your customer area, where you can manage your subscriptions, is secured by a one-time password. To access your customer area, you must enter the email address used when registering on the "My Account" page. You will receive an email containing a code valid for 24 hours to access your customer area. If you have trouble accessing your customer area, you can also send your subscription change requests by email to team@airpq.ch.

You are responsible for all purchases made from your customer area (account), as well as for all actions and changes made to your account (changes to contact details, payment methods, delivery instructions, etc.).

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old on the date you register and must not be under guardianship or conservatorship.

You are not authorized to use the site for illegal purposes or in any way that could harm our business or reputation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site and/or your account (including associated orders and subscriptions) in the event of non-compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.

If you suspect or know that a third party has accessed your account without authorization, you must promptly inform AirPQ customer service (team@airpq.ch).

2.3 Orders

To place an order, you must follow the following steps:

  1. Use the online calculator to choose the appropriate frequency.
  2. Confirm the proposed frequency by clicking "Subscribe".
  3. Enter the personal information required for delivery of the product(s).
  4. Choose the payment method and proceed to pay for the order.
  5. Confirm the order.

Order confirmation establishes a distance sales contract between Lyte Solutions SàRL and the customer. A confirmation email sent by airpq.ch will be sent to the customer.

The customer is required to provide the information necessary to place their order accurately, completely and correctly (full name, address, etc.). Any error in entering this information is the customer’s responsibility.

Payment card information must be entered in full, accurately and validly. Any error in entering this information is the customer’s responsibility.

2.4 Products

Lyte Solutions SàRL provides information about the characteristics of its products offered as recurring subscriptions on the airpq.ch site. This information is supplied by the toilet paper manufacturers with whom Lyte Solutions SàRL works.

Pricing Policy and Payment Terms

3.1 Prices

All prices for subscriptions offered for sale on the airpq.ch site are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included, including delivery charges. The prices in effect are those indicated at the time of the order. Prices include the applicable value added tax. Subscription prices include both the products and delivery, which are included. Delivery services and products cannot be sold separately.

The prices displayed at the time of payment are binding.

AirPQ reserves the right to:

  • Modify prices at any time, while committing to apply the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded, subject to product availability on that date.
  • Suspend any order processing and any delivery in the event of refusal of card payment authorization by officially accredited organizations, or in case of non-payment.
  • Refuse to deliver an order from a consumer who has not paid the order in full.

3.2 Billing Information

You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate order and account information for all orders placed on www.airpq.ch. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and their expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you if necessary.

3.3 Payment

Payment for products is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process, and under the conditions specified there. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the outcome of the verification of your data (identity and creditworthiness checks).

To ensure transaction security, all card payments on airpq.ch are processed via the secure online payment system “Stripe”, which encrypts all order-related data (including names, addresses and card numbers), thereby protecting information during transmission.

Except in cases of discounts or other promotional offers, subscription fees are charged at the frequency selected by the customer, starting from the date of the first delivery, directly to the credit card used by the customer at purchase.

3.4 Late payment penalties and non-payment

If the credit card charge fails and/or the card has expired, AirPQ support will contact the customer to update their payment method. Until the customer’s credit card is successfully updated and charged, no new delivery will be made and the subscription will be suspended.

Delivery Terms

4.1 Order delivery

AirPQ delivers its orders within Switzerland via Post CH AG.

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of order.

Delivery terms and options (delivery to a drop-off location if absent, hold at counter, delivery to a different address, etc.) are entirely managed by Post CH AG. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate their delivery preferences to Post CH AG via Post CH AG’s website (poste.ch).

If a product is exceptionally lost, the customer may contact after-sales service at team@airpq.ch to request a replacement. Any goodwill gesture is at AirPQ’s sole discretion.

If a product is returned to Lyte Solutions SàRL by Post CH AG due to a customer error (unclaimed parcel, invalid address, etc.), AirPQ will retain the returned parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact AirPQ to arrange a reshipment once the cause of the return has been resolved. In this case, reshipment costs amount to CHF 20.-, all taxes included, and will be charged by AirPQ. AirPQ may unilaterally decide to grant a goodwill gesture concerning these fees.

Changes, Suspension and Cancellation of Subscription

5.1 Subscription modification and suspension

The customer may modify or suspend their subscription at any time to choose another subscription plan among those available or those that may be developed in the future by the company. The subscription frequency can also be changed at any time by the customer via their account or by contacting customer support at team@airpq.ch.

5.2 Subscription cancellation

AirPQ offers subscriptions that renew automatically according to the frequency chosen by the customer. You may cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason, by accessing your account on www.airpq.ch or by contacting customer support at team@airpq.ch.

The subscription cancellation will take effect upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation email issued by airpq.ch.

AirPQ also reserves the right to cancel a subscription unilaterally, without having to provide a reason.

Product Compliance, Returns and Refunds

6.1 Product compliance verification

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the conformity of the products received. Verification is considered completed if no claim has been made to our customer service within 3 working days after receipt of the parcel (in case of doubt about the delivery date, the post’s tracking information shall prevail).

6.2 Non-compliance finding

In the event of an anomaly, such as a broken container causing loss or destruction of contents, an insufficient quantity of goods, or non-conformity with the order, the customer must notify AirPQ customer service of this non-conformity by submitting a complaint by email within 3 working days following receipt of the goods. Any claim made after this period cannot be accepted.

6.3 Returns

New customers dissatisfied with their first toilet paper order may request its return within 15 days of receiving the parcel. To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service at team@airpq.ch to arrange the return. The package must be returned complete and unopened to the registered office address of Lyte Solutions SàRL (22c chemin du Vieux-Vésenaz, Vésenaz, Geneva). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

This return option applies only to the toilet paper product for the first order and does not cover any add-ons included in the order. Returned packages are not resold.

Any other order is considered final once shipped.

6.4 Refunds

As part of the return provided for in article 6.3, the customer will be refunded the amount of their order within a maximum of 14 business days following receipt of the returned package by Lyte Solutions SàRL, subject to the return meeting the conditions described above. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Products whose intrinsic qualities do not meet the customer's expectations, as well as products ordered by mistake, are not refundable outside the framework defined in article 6.3 and therefore cannot be the subject of a non-compliance claim.

Products found to be non-compliant with the customer's order will be replaced by AirPQ within a maximum of 28 business days.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

7.1 Promotional offers

Promotional offers are time-limited. The discounts or benefits associated with them are available for a limited period. They cannot be applied retroactively and do not entitle anyone to compensation or exchange, monetary or otherwise.

Lyte Solutions SàRL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any special offer, even while ongoing, without notice, for all AirPQ promotional activities. We may, at our sole discretion, limit the number of people eligible to benefit from an offer for any reason.

Your participation in an AirPQ promotion, whether by using a gift voucher, a discount code, or via a contest, automatically implies your acceptance of these General Terms and of any specific conditions related to the promotion, where applicable, which will be communicated at the launch of the relevant promotion.

These General Terms are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute related to these General Terms, their interpretation and consequences, or to acts supplementing or amending them, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before bringing the matter to court.

These General Terms may be amended at any time, without notice.
