The company Lyte Solutions SàRL, registered under number CHE-315-951-213 (UID), operates the AirPQ brand. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you as a customer and Lyte Solutions SàRL, the exclusive operator of the AirPQ brand in Switzerland. Our registered office is located at 22c chemin du Vieux-Vésenaz in Vésenaz (Geneva).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the services provided by AirPQ, including its website (including all information, tools, and services available on it), its products, and its communications. Your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices set out here is required to use our services.
By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms. We recommend that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or subscribing to a subscription. By accessing or using any part of our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and provisions of this agreement, we invite you to leave our website, not use our services, and/or cancel your current subscription.
All new features and all new tools added later to www.airpq.ch will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes on our website. We encourage you to check this page regularly for any changes. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
Your use of our services also implies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
TERMS OF USE OF OUR WEBSITE
1.1 Copyright and Intellectual Property
The trademarks “AirPQ” and “airpq.ch” are reserved. Any use of these trademarks and/or the logo is subject to the prior written consent of the owner company Lyte Solutions SàRL.
The use of our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. Lyte Solutions SàRL authorizes users to browse the airpq.ch website solely for strictly private purposes. Reproduction, display, or distribution of the content of this site for commercial purposes is prohibited. This site and its content are protected, and any unauthorized use is unlawful, resulting in the immediate destruction of all copies, reproductions, downloads, or printouts.
1.2 Limitation of Liability
The airpq.ch website is normally accessible 24/7. However, Lyte Solutions SàRL cannot be held responsible for any interruptions to the site or related services. By using this site, you acknowledge that its content may contain errors and may not be constantly updated. The airpq.ch website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty.
Lyte Solutions SàRL reserves the right to suspend its activities, or to close the website temporarily or permanently, or access to certain services, without notice or compensation. Under no circumstances shall Lyte Solutions SàRL be held liable for disruptions or for any inability to use the website, or for any breaches of IT security that may cause damage to users and their data.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.1 The AirPQ Delivery Service
AirPQ is a home delivery service for toilet paper and other hygiene products in Switzerland, offered by subscription. By subscribing to an AirPQ subscription, you benefit from the following products and services:
- Home delivery of the selected product, according to the frequency defined by the customer
- Personalized follow-up provided by our customer service team by email
- Planting of a tree in the customer's name through our partner NGO, in accordance with the information provided on the website www.airpq.ch, and issuance of a planting certificate
- Sharing of various tips and advice at the subscribers' request (newsletter signup)
AirPQ offers subscriptions that are automatically renewed according to the frequency chosen by the customer. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your customer account on www.airpq.ch or by contacting our customer service team.
The subscription frequency can be changed at any time by accessing your customer account on www.airpq.ch or by contacting our customer service team.
As a customer, you can contact our AirPQ customer service by email at team@airpq.ch.
2.2 Account Registration and Management
To subscribe on airpq.ch, you must follow the indicated registration procedure. Registering on airpq.ch allows you to create a customer account with your email address. Access to your customer area, where you can manage your subscriptions, is secured by a one-time password. To access your customer area, you must enter the email address used when registering on the “My Account” page. You will receive an email containing a code valid for 24 hours to access your customer area. If you have difficulty accessing your customer area, you may also send your subscription change requests by email to team@airpq.ch.
You are responsible for all purchases made from your customer account, as well as for all actions and changes made to your account (changes to contact details, payment methods, delivery instructions, etc.).
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration and not be subject to guardianship or curatorship.
You are not authorized to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our business or reputation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the site and/or your account (including associated orders and subscriptions) in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
If you suspect or know that a third party has accessed your account without authorization, you must promptly notify AirPQ customer service (team@airpq.ch).
2.3 Orders
To place an order, you must follow these steps:
- Use the online calculator to select the appropriate frequency.
- Confirm the suggested frequency by clicking “Subscribe.”
- Provide the personal information needed for product delivery.
- Choose the payment method and complete the order payment.
- Confirm the order.
Order confirmation constitutes a distance sales contract between Lyte Solutions SàRL and the customer. An email confirmation, issued by airpq.ch, will be sent to the customer.
The customer is required to provide the information needed to place their order accurately, completely, and correctly (full name, address, etc.). Any error in entering this information is the customer’s responsibility.
Bank card details must be entered completely, accurately, and validly. Any error in entering this information is the customer’s responsibility.
2.4 Products
Lyte Solutions SàRL provides information about the characteristics of its products offered as recurring subscriptions on the airpq.ch website. This information is provided by the toilet paper manufacturers with which Lyte Solutions SàRL works.
PRICING POLICY AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Prices
All subscription prices offered for sale on the airpq.ch website are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), including all taxes and delivery charges. The applicable prices are those shown at the time of ordering. Prices include the applicable value-added tax. Subscription prices include both the products and delivery, which are included. Delivery services and products cannot be sold separately.
The prices displayed at checkout shall prevail.
AirPQ reserves the right to:
- Change prices at any time, while committing to apply the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to product availability on that date.
- Suspend all order processing and delivery in the event of a refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited organizations, or in the event of non-payment.
- Refuse to deliver an order from a consumer who has not paid for a previous order in full.
3.2 Billing Information
You agree to provide up-to-date, complete, and accurate order and account information for all orders placed on www.airpq.ch. You undertake to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions and contact you if necessary.
3.3 Payment
Payment for the products is made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process, and under the conditions specified therein. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods depending on the outcome of the verification of your data (identity and creditworthiness checks).
To ensure transaction security, all credit card payments on airpq.ch are processed through the secure online payment system “Stripe,” which encrypts all order-related data (including names, addresses, and credit card numbers), thereby ensuring the protection of information during transmission.
Except in the case of discounts or other promotional offers, subscription fees are charged at the frequency selected by the customer, starting from the date of the first delivery, directly to the customer’s credit card used at the time of purchase.
3.4 Late Payment Penalties and Non-Payment
If the credit card charge fails and/or the card expires, AirPQ support will contact the customer to update their payment method. Until the customer’s card has been successfully updated and charged, no further delivery will be made and the subscription will be suspended.
DELIVERY TERMS
4.1 Order Delivery
AirPQ delivers its orders in Switzerland through Post CH AG.
Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The delivery terms and options (drop-off in case of absence, hold at the counter, delivery to another address, etc.) are entirely managed by Post CH AG. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate their delivery preferences to Post CH AG via the Post CH AG website (poste.ch).
If a product is exceptionally lost, the customer may contact after-sales service at team@airpq.ch to request a replacement. The decision to make a goodwill gesture will be made unilaterally by AirPQ.
If a product is returned to Lyte Solutions SàRL by Post CH AG due to a customer error (unclaimed parcel, invalid address, etc.), AirPQ will keep the returned parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact AirPQ to arrange a new shipment once the reason for the return has been resolved. In this situation, the cost of reshipping the parcel is CHF 20, all taxes included, and is invoiced by AirPQ. AirPQ may unilaterally decide to grant a goodwill gesture regarding these charges.
SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION
5.1 Subscription Modification and Suspension
The customer may modify or suspend their subscription at any time to choose another subscription plan from those available or those that may be developed in the future by the company. The subscription frequency may also be changed at any time by the customer via their customer account or by contacting customer support at team@airpq.ch.
5.2 Subscription Termination
AirPQ offers subscriptions that automatically renew according to the frequency chosen by the customer. You may cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason, by accessing your customer account on www.airpq.ch or by contacting customer support at team@airpq.ch.
Subscription cancellation will take effect upon receipt of a cancellation confirmation email issued by airpq.ch.
AirPQ also reserves the right to cancel a subscription unilaterally, without having to provide a reason.
PRODUCT COMPLIANCE, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
6.1 Verification of Product Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the conformity of the products received. Verification is considered to have been carried out if no claim has been made to our customer service within 3 business days after receipt of the parcel (if there is any doubt about the delivery date, the postal tracking record shall prevail).
6.2 Finding of Non-Compliance
In the event of an anomaly, such as a broken container causing the loss or destruction of the contents, an insufficient quantity of goods, or non-conformity with the order, the customer must absolutely inform AirPQ customer service of this non-conformity by submitting a complaint by email within 3 business days following receipt of the goods. Any complaint made after this deadline cannot be accepted.
6.3 Returns
New customers who are dissatisfied with their first toilet paper order may request a return within 15 days of receiving the parcel. To exercise this right, the customer must contact customer service at team@airpq.ch in order to arrange the return. The parcel must be returned complete and unopened to the registered office address of Lyte Solutions SàRL (22c Chemin du Vieux-Vésenaz, Vésenaz, Geneva). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
This return option applies only to the toilet paper product, for the first order, and does not apply to any add-ons included in the order. Returned parcels are not resold.
Any other order is considered final once shipped.
6.4 Refunds
Under the return provided for in Article 6.3, the customer will be refunded the amount of their order within a maximum of 14 business days following receipt of the returned parcel by Lyte Solutions SàRL, subject to the return complying with the conditions described above. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
Products whose intrinsic qualities do not meet the customer’s expectations, as well as products ordered by mistake, are not refundable outside the framework defined in Article 6.3 and therefore cannot be the subject of a claim for non-conformity.
Products found to be non-compliant with the customer’s order will be replaced by AirPQ within a maximum of 28 business days.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
7.1 Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are time-limited. Any discounts or benefits associated with them are available for a set period. They cannot be applied retroactively and give no right to any refund or exchange, whether monetary or otherwise.
Lyte Solutions SàRL reserves the right to suspend or cancel any special offer, even if already in progress, without notice, in relation to all promotional operations of the AirPQ brand. We may, at our sole discretion, limit the number of people who may benefit from an offer for any reason whatsoever.
Your participation in an AirPQ promotional campaign, whether through the use of a gift voucher, a discount code, or a contest, automatically implies your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and any specific terms relating to the promotional campaign, where applicable, which will be communicated when the relevant promotional campaign is launched.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In the event of any dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, their interpretation and consequences, or any acts supplementing or amending them, the parties will seek an amicable solution before taking the matter to court.
These General Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without notice.
