AirPQ's customer portal is hosted on Bubble, a web application development platform with its registered office at 22 W 21st St, New York, NY 10010, United States. The customer portal allows subscribers to manage their subscription, personal information, and delivery preferences. The data collected includes account information, order history, and user preferences.

Internal CRM
AirPQ uses a customer relationship management system (CRM) hosted on its own WordPress servers to manage customer data, communications, and subscription tracking. Storage of planting certification data: Google Drive
Data relating to tree-planting certifications, including certain customer data and order information required to issue the certificates, are stored on Google Drive, a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. This data is used exclusively within the scope of AirPQ's tree-planting program.

YOUR RIGHTS
At any time, you may request information about the data we have stored about you. To do so, please send an information request by email to team@airpq.ch. The request must be accompanied by proof of identity sent to the same address.
You may request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the use or processing of personal data for the future at any time.
Stored data will be deleted by us when it is no longer needed for the stated purpose. Regarding data deletion, please note that we are subject to certain legal obligations requiring some data to be retained. If you request the deletion of data subject to a legal retention obligation, such data will be blocked in our system and used only to fulfill that obligation. After the retention period has expired, your deletion request will be fulfilled.
